    1. You will receive a notification message on the Transport CRM driver App. Also, you will be able to view all new bookings on the Home screen of the Transport CRM driver App.
  2. How do I accept a new booking through the Transport CRM driver App?
    1. Click on View details of the job and if you can offer your services for the customer, you click Accept and the job will be allocated to you. You can view this job in the Accepted jobs section of the Transport CRM driver App.
  3. How do I decline a new booking through the Transport CRM driver App?
    1. Click on view details of the job and if you cannot offer your services to the customer, you click Decline and the job will move to the Declined section of the Transport CRM driver App.
  4. What is the completed job section on the Transport CRM driver App?
    1. The completed job section holds all bookings which you have completed and the date elapsed.
  5. How will the customers pay the driver?
    1. As Transport CRM acts between Travel Agents and Transport companies, the travel agencies and Transport companies will offer payments in two methods, cash on collection by the passengers or Invoice. All payments for the bookings will need to be discussed with the Travel Agents and Transport companies.
  6. How do I upload an Invoice for payment from the Travel Agent or Transport Company?
    1. An Account job booking will have ‘upload invoice button’ which will allow you to upload your invoice which we send directly through to the travel agent or Transport Company
  7. How do use the Booking Calendar?
    1. The booking calendar allows you to manage all bookings that have been accepted through the Transport CRM driver App. It will also allow you to organise your own bookings.
  8. How do I use the sent quote feature?
    1. The sent quote feature on the App allows you to send quotes to customers instantly via email and SMS. This feature allows you to also send quotations and accept card payments for your own bookings. You can also auto-generate an Invoice.
  9. How do I use the Broker bookings functionality?
    1. This is an amazing feature that allows you to pass bookings on to other suppliers for bookings that you cannot complete for things like, if your vehicle breaks down or you’re double booked. This feature allows you to generate extra revenue because you can make money on every booking you cannot service. Drivers and Transport companies can generate 25-30% of the booking value by using this feature effectively.

    1. The sell my vehicle feature allows you to sell your used Minibus or Coach to over 2000 Minibus and Coach Companies across the UK. This is the most effective way to sell used minibus and coaches on any platform.
